Winter is a time for rest

Winter is a time for rest. Daylight hours are shorter and we have less time to do things outside. It's time for hunkering down by the fire and eating comfort food. I love the Danish idea of hygge. That feeling of comfort that we crave over the winter months. Being wrapped up beside the fire absorbed in a book or watching a movie. Eating your favourite pumpkin soup or drinking a turmeric latte. Your cat on your lap. I think my favourite would have to be crafting by the fire on a chilly wet day.

What's your ultimate winter hugge?

My cat in my favourite chair. Cats always seem to know the best spot, it's all about comfort with them.
